He may be a part of the family, but there was no nepotism involved in our hiring of Jono Carr as the Chuck & Son's Brewing Co. Venue Manager, as his experience speaks for itself. Having spent decades in senior leadership positions at some of Australia’s most prominent venues, as well as being awarded more cocktail accolades than we can fit in our 9-metre-long-bar, Jono is now the proud face and mind behind The Tap Room. A key member of our team, Jono will be the face that welcomes you to The Tap Room with his expert skills and inimitable kindness.
