REMASTERED CLASSIC
ORIGINAL PILSNER
Once upon a time, many decades ago, a bright-eyed American brewer came to Australia searching for a beer to call his own. He did just that, and in the process, introduced the eager Australian market to a crafty, German style pilsner. This is a remastering of that classically celebrated brew. Refreshed for modern taste buds, with all the nostalgic brilliance of the original. Beer aficionados, meet your new favourite.
HUMBLE HYBRID
TWO-WORLD PALE
Legend says that two brains are better than one. It stands true then, that a duo of Pale Ale styles would certainly beat a single. When those two styles - American and Australian - just so happen to reflect the heritage of our founders, we consider that legend a masterpiece. Combining hops from both hemispheres, this pale ale delivers a bouquet of fruitiness that delights all; whether beer novice or brewing master. And with that? We have a global crowd pleaser.
ALL SEASONS ALE
AMERICAN AMBER
When a man is asked how he'd like to be seen in the world (let's say, a man who owns this brewery), he'll likely share a few key characteristics. Worldly yet humble. Layered yet understated. Welcoming yet mysterious. And if a beer were to be made in his image? Well, we'd say it's this American Amber. Whatever legacy you're creating in this world, this American Amber should be by your side as you carve it.
SUMMIT CLEANSER
TOURING RADLER
When 1920s cyclists would traverse the German hills, they'd complement their ride with a radler. A delectable blend of freshly brewed beer and perfectly sparkling lemonade. The result? Optimal refreshment, hydration and just a hint of frivolity. The Touring Radler brings this nostalgic style to our modern palates. Whether you're reaching the summit or remaining on flat ground, welcome to refreshment.
FIELD OF REFRESHMENT
TRADITIONAL HEFEWEIZEN
If you were to find yourself in Germany on a late summer morning, you may discover a refreshing tall glass of Hefeweizen in front of you. And if you tried to replicate that feeling from wherever it is you really are, this Traditional Hefeweizen will do the job. With its highly drinkable, balanced refreshment, you can bring a bit of Bavaria to your everyday.
THE BEER JUDGE'S BEER
WEST COAST HERITAGE IPA
As a burgeoning brewmaster in the early 1990s, founder Chuck Hahn was exposed to the pioneering West Coast IPAs while judging the Great American Beer Festival. It was love at first sip. Since then, it has been Chuck’s mission to create a world-class version of his own. Here we have it: the West Coast Heritage IPA. From the copper kettles that house its liquid gold, to the site it is brewed on, to the hands that have perfected its recipe, consider this Chuck's heritage masterpiece.
HEAD IN THE CLOUDS
ALPINE HAZY IPA
It's a well-known fact that when he's not brewing, Brew Master and Founder Chuck Hahn can be found in only two other locations. In the ocean or on the slopes. And when he's on the latter, this is the beer he'll be reaching for. With its surprisingly light, clean finish and its appealing, zesty flavour, the Alpine Hazy IPA forms the ideal companion for whatever alpine adventure you have in store. Or let's be honest, any adventure at all.
THE RANCHER'S REFRESHMENT
AMARILLO XPA
Amarillo. Is it a song? Is it a town? Is it our favourite hop? The response to all three questions is "yes." And everything we know about Amarillo has been poured into this easy-drinking XPA. As you sip, close your eyes and be transported to wherever your tastebuds take you. If that place is a ranch with a wraparound porch and a rocking chair? We'd say you're on to something.
DARK INDULGENCE
SUPERDELIC STOUT
Superdelic? Let’s call it super delicious. A rich, full-bodied stout with a complex malt profile and superbly complimentary hops, lovingly and expertly crafted by Head Brewer Pete Merrington. The six malts provide rich chocolate and notes of roasted nuts, while New Zealand Superdelic hops offer red berry flavours. Raspberry chocolate lava cake? You’ve got it.
Our complex winter warmer is one to sip and savour, while being surprisingly sessionable. It goes without saying that this brew is a perfect complement to a rich dessert, but don’t let that limit you. It also marries deliciously with salty treats, so if you have some fries or pistachios at your disposal? You have yourself a winner.
NOSTALGIC CRAFT
OLD-WORLD LAGER
Take yourself on a trip down memory lane, back to pre-prohibition USA and into the drinking establishments that mastered the art of the full-flavoured lager. This beer is an homage to that time and place. With all the flavour, all of the nostalgia, and none of the questionable antics.
YOUR ANYTIME LAGER
LOCAL LAGER
Only pale malted barley, light kettle hopping and an extended mash cooking and fermentation process are used to create a very easy drinking lager with reduced calories. Gentle hopping with Ella hops from Victoria produces a light grapefruit floral finish. Carbohydrates are reduced to less than 0.5g/L with zero sugar levels. Calories from the alcohol and carbs are about 25cal/100 ml so that’s 106 calories/425ml. Enjoy.
MID-STRENGTH, FULL CHARACTER
MID-STRENGTH PALE ALE
Mid-strength, but make it full-flavour. This is a seriously tasty, generously hopped pale ale that just happens to come in at a very sessionable 3.5% ABV. Bright, fresh and full of flavour, it’s proof that going lighter doesn’t mean giving anything up.
Brewed with care (and zero shortcuts) by Head Brewer Pete Merrington, this limited-edition release delivers lifted hop aroma, soft bitterness and a clean, satisfying finish. It’s the kind of beer you reach for when you want another— long lunches, midweek catch-ups, or anytime you want all the flavour without the heaviness.
This beauty drinks like the real deal.
