Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on our beers. If you have a complaint or anything you’d like to discuss, please email us and we’ll make sure you’re looked after.

Merch Refunds.

Not happy with your Chuck and Son’s Brewing Co. merch? We’re sorry to hear it. If you’d l ike to receive a refund on your merch, please email us to let us know. Please then send:

  • Your item(s) unwashed and unaltered.
  • Your proof of purchase, quoting your original order number.
  • Your items within 30 days of your original order date.

Refunds are only offered on regular priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for covering the cost of posting your item(s) back to us. We recommend a trackable shipping service, to ensure we receive your delivery.

We will then process your refund within 24-72 hours of us receiving the order, and will send you an email as soon as it has been processed. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Merch Exchanges.

We’ll happily exchange your item(s), as long as we have stock available and the value of the new item is of the same or less value.

If you’d like to exchange your merch, please follow the same process above. Or, if you're in Sydney, we invite you into The Tap Room to exchange your item(s) while enjoying a fresh brew.

Please email us prior to visiting the brewery to ensure stock is available.
